Decent custom keychains

Got 100 PVC Keychains. Quality was good. Shipping took a while. Design was accurate. Would use again but allow more time.

Consistent orders, reliable products

This is my third time ordering Custom Enamel Pins from Besty Promo for my small business. As usual, the quality was consistent with my previous orders. They always get the colors right and the pins feel durable. The turnaround time was about what I've come to expect, though I wish there was a slightly faster option for rush jobs sometimes. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting.

Detailed look at Promotional Drinkware

I placed an order for Promotional Drinkware, specifically some branded tumblers, for an upcoming corporate event. The ordering process was straightforward; I uploaded our company logo and received a digital proof within 24 hours. Production took about 10 business days, which was in line with their quoted times, and shipping to California took 5 days. The tumblers arrived well-packaged, and the print quality was excellent, very sharp and durable. The only minor hiccup was that one of the lids felt a little loose compared to the others, but it was just one out of a large batch. Overall, a solid experience and the products will serve their purpose well.

Love my custom tote bags!

I just received my Custom Tote Bags and they are fantastic! The print is crisp and the bag material feels sturdy. I used them for a local market and got so many compliments. It was super easy to upload my logo and approve the proof. I'm definitely going to order more of these, maybe some Custom Stickers next time! So happy with how they turned out!

Great value on keychains

I needed Custom Keychains for a school fundraiser and was looking for the best deal. Besty Promo offered really competitive wholesale pricing, especially once I hit their bulk tiers. I compared a few sites and their unit cost for PVC Keychains was the best. The design tool was easy enough to use. The only small thing was tracking updates were a bit delayed, but the keychains themselves were good for the price I paid.

Good quality, delivery needs work

I ordered 200 Custom Silicone Wristbands for a school event. The design process was pretty straightforward; uploading our logo was easy and the digital proof came quickly. The wristbands themselves turned out great, very vibrant colors and the debossed text was clear. They seemed durable enough for what we needed. My main complaint was the delivery time. It took about 3 weeks from order to arrival, which was a bit longer than I anticipated given their 'rush production' option (which we didn't use but still, expected faster standard). Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, but they couldn't speed it up. Overall, good value for the price, just plan ahead for shipping.

Good quality, delivery needs work

I ordered some Custom Silicone Wristbands for a charity event. The design process was pretty smooth, and the digital proof looked great. The wristbands themselves arrived in good condition and the quality was solid for the price point. My only real complaint is that delivery took a little longer than I expected for a domestic order, but it did make it in time. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status.

Reliable for custom orders

This was my third time ordering from Besty Promo. Last year I got custom lanyards, and before that some branded stress balls. This time I needed 500 Custom Shoe Charms for a charity run. Like before, the quality was consistent and the customization was spot on with our artwork. They always send a proof, which is helpful for catching any little mistakes. Production time was reasonable, about 10 days, and then shipping added another week. It's not the absolute fastest, but I know what to expect now. Their bulk pricing is always competitive, which is why I keep coming back. Only small thing was the tracking info could have been updated a bit faster.
